THE DETAILS
For this launch, our Creative Team decided to create a skincare quiz so customers could better understand what their skin needed, when. The Find Your Perfect Cleanser quiz was super simple, with two questions, and took about 30 seconds to complete. This also allowed us to capture details about our community, to better understand their skin types and what they preferred. We learned that our customers overwhelmingly loved Exfoliate, which was designed to help give your skin a silky-smooth, polished look. See the collection.
