What’s this? A bonus Thursday post this week? Hell yes. Finally, finally. The second graphic essay of my book project is in good shape and now in book form. I’ve just ordered a printing from Blurb, who I am increasingly questioning as my go-to book humans. But the jury’s still out.

So, I’ve decided to make a few changes with this iteration of the essay. First of all, I’ve made it public in the Blurb bookstore, which probably means nothing but is a kind of exercise in relinquishing control. For me at least. Also, the price is $10, if purchased from Blurb…though there is certainly shipping and likely tax involved too. It’s kind of like a zine, but about one topic, one place. And it’s entirely illustrated, of course. Lastly, I haven’t actually received my copy of the book yet, so I can’t guarantee the printing quality. But will post pictures in a week or so, when it arrives. Thoughts/feedback, as ever, are totally welcome.
